How long do pre-order take?

3-5 days upon your location and logistics selection. It takes three days for GrabExpress; and five days for NIM Express. Outside Bangkok and Nonthaburi, it takes five days.

Can I schedule the weekly order?

Accepted Answer

You can lock the regular delivery day. For example, if you set Friday receiving day. We will remind you to order every Tuesday.

Is there any MOQ requirement?

Accepted Answer

We do not require a minimum order quantity. Only one round is acceptable for production. Nevertheless, you get free delivery for order values above 3,000 THB.

How do I place the order?

Accepted Answer

Place your order at LINE @cakestudio365. 
Get the invoice and the receiving date confirmation. 
Make a payment, and forward the payslip to get the receipt. 
The cakes will be delivered as confirmed.

Do I get the receipt?

Accepted Answer

Would you mind sending us the payslip? We then issue the receipt you can use for accounting jobs.
